Hi Clyde, Great report.., Dude! Some of the reason for the restrictions on the oil, gasoline and diesel imports is the major effort in the northwestern part of the country to build pipelines and develop their natural reserves. "Stoned & Wasted" (Stone & Webster Engineers), HQ'd in New England, is involved it that effort. The outlawing of burning charcoal is a big helper to the increasing LPG demand also!
