I recommend firing 435 congresspersons right away.

Then draw 1000 Americans at random, 20 from each state,
let them run it - along with the remaining 100 congresspeople and maybe 100 other distinguished
Americans - as advisers.
I think it'd work out beautifully. Most wouldn't accept
pay.
This country is sinking back into lethargy and empathy
and the incompetent leadership is GLARING. This mess
needs some real galvanizing policy.
