I live in Portland OR. WE are hydro-electric, Bonneville PWR, the biggest govt constructed waterway damn in the NW. WE will be out. We have no priority. We will watch and wait together, yes, to paraphrase the now deceased "ANOTHER" One teeeeeeensy difference, I'll be watching a waiting already off the grid...you're gonna be hoping and a praying. Guarandamnteeya, STILLLLLLL! Early condolences are still in order. A little earthquake won't even be noticed post y2k, because it will just be falling rocks putting a bunch of blind whiners out of their misery... O/49r
