That's just the VIX and VXN heading to their middle Bollinger Bands. Nothing too special about that after a reversal at the top band, exp. I doubt we get to the lower band this trip, as the indices look spent and the TRIN was rising most of the day.

I would not be surprised to see the VIX at 20 in May, however. As for fair value for the Nasdaq, I like to refer to Crash Value, as those kinds of valuations are normally seen only after major corrections.

Interesting that if you assume the Dow doubles every 7-years, you will get a crash value (with 1982 as a base) close to Zeev's 6500 in 2002-2003. That's how I like to work these numbers. I start from the bottom, not the top, to get crash values.
