Need a lot of volume to move that one up. I would suggest monitoring the buy/sell ratio and the volume. 5 million on mostly buys might make it start moving JMO NPEC could still be a better mover, it was set to go and the volume dried up. Looked like about 1.5 million buys vs 200K sells between 07/15 2 pm and 07/16 noon.
