The Combat Situation:

Enemy. has mounted an offensive which is expected to last six months. The public media (specially CNNFN) has joined forces with the enemy (as usual). Enemy will withrawl probably in August prior to Presidential General Elections. Enemy's objective is to influence the outcome of the Presidential election by either forcing us to expend our ammunition or reducing its effectiveness by encouraging us to transfer our ammunition to low performing mutual funds.

Friendly Forces. This independent Brigade is comprised of two Battatlions, NOVEL and GLOBAL CROSSING. The brigade has its fully authorization of personnel, food, water, ammunition, medical supplies and spare parts. to last at ten years.

a. Ammunition Budget. All munitions on hand were funded
by previous budgets (from Commander in Chief Bush) cannot be transfered to other units because the Brigade has no obligations that can force such transfer of assets.

b. Ammunition Location. All our munitions have been sent to most forward deployed battalions NOVELL and GLOBAL CROSSING.

c. Additional Ammunition for Combat: Unavailable because Lt.Geenspud thinks all the other brigades in the Army have too much ammo at this time.

d. Morale is high. However morale in adjacent Brigade is low. Many females in adjacent units are suffering from veneral disease (VD) caused by margin. Adjacent Brigade Commanders have requested our Brigade Commander to transfer ammunition located on high ground of NOVEL and Global Crossing to low performing mutal funders located in cyclical and commodity valleys "so they will stop spreading the margin VD. Our Brigade Commander has suggested that the adjacent commanders transfer their VD infected personnel to Alanta's Hanoi Jane's CNNFN misinformation center.

Brigade Motto: Keep the Ammo! Long live NOVEL and GLOBAL CROSSING.
