>Is it a buy? It depends

It did get an upgrade today. AmTech Research calls it a buy. I still think it has a bumpy rode ahead. You said you already own shares at break even or a small profit. You also said it was in an IRA. With regard that everybody's personal situation is different. Diversification, allocation, what kind of IRA (Roth or conventional) risk factor, length of time needed for liquid funds in your IRA. What I'm trying to say, its up to you to access. One thing to consider, you already own shares so you will participate in upside. Witch is good in an IRA if you sell and take a short term or long term profit. Your gain is differed and not taxed on schedule D. Losses in an IRA (conventional)are against any profits you made previously on booked gains, and not against other income or losses on a schedule D, reported on 1040 line 14. So you want to be sure and try not to take a loss In an IRA. I'm not sure what tax laws have changed since I took a tax course over 15 years ago, but that the last I remember.
