I'm not sure whether ActiveX is prospering or not, but I would be willing to bet that more developers are prospering from it Steve, I'm looking for a recent article about ActiveX and Java, and Java far exceeds ActiveX on web pages. I'll keep looking for the article and will post it... Derek
