I do not know the details but it it's CEO is Keith Talbot the man who turned Revelstoke building supplies. They are starting on ASE and wanting to move to the TSE quickly. The shares probably should start about 1.00 to 1.50. He is aggressive and wants the shares to be about $12.00 in three years. You can find out details at of there offices. They have four offices.
