Look up GMCH news 10/12/98 re: acquisition of AmViet Development Corp (AVDC) which is in the bottled water business with a Vietnam beer factory partner. In addition the AVDC company has a license from Monarch Beverage Co. to market Monarch beverage products in Vietnam (exclusive). GMCH stock is trading at 5-cents bid, 6-cents asked today. GMCH new president is James Tilton at 212-398-7833
