Maybe Microsoft will buy Mavel just for it's name.:-) Remember few years ago I first heard of Marvel when I think the pentium was code named Mavel and Mavel threatened to sue or something over it's trademark name. How fast times had changed. It is pretty amazing that with such a great franchise has fallen so quickly. I would think even with falling comic sales that they should be able to pump up their other divisions(Video Game, Movie, TV...) or to lower costs rapidly since it is not like they are in manufactoring where they have alot of hard assets and might be more difficult to pull back. Oh well lets wait and see what % does the court assign to common shareholders. John
