Or does he only lament the loss after the fact?

I think this could be nothing more than a running gag.

I don't know the history, as I only just came across him on the COOL thread. I believe that he first posted there on 8/4, complaining about his loss.

(FWIW, I bought WCAP at 10 1/4, sold at 11 1/4 18 minutes later, the day of the COOL IPO, and had the good sense to stay away after that. Was tempted to short at 12, though.. damn, damn, damn, damn DAMN! :) )

I DID hear an interesting rumor a couple of months back as to exactly who the shiney-headed man really is. Somebody told me, and, having never run across him, just filed it away (I suppose I remembered because of the unusual name) for future reference.

This is even funnier knowing who he is. (Or might be.)
