wellab1, the subscription process requires a boatload of SFE shares. In order to get 100 shares, you would need 1000 shares of SFE. As of today over $90,000. If they would do a 1:1, I would consider getting some SFE to get some.

Am I reading the S-1 wrong?

Are you going to go through the process to get IPO shares this way?
