Kaiden, SA

The European company Kaiden, SA is unknown, but might be a Swiss company. Kaiden, SA owns 51% of Crys-Tel and may still own part of A&A.

Is there a relationship between Kaiden, SA and the ex-broker Martin Kaiden of Scarsdale, New York? Martin Kaiden was ordered to leave the securities industry as a result of litigation by the SEC, and fined $50,000, for attempting to fraudulently sell hundreds of millions of dollars worth of non-existing securities.
