The company, which as of Friday's close had a market cap of $2.5 MM, is essentially a shell with approximately $100,000 in cash and a contract with a related party. Since I know nothing about the appeal of Mr. Tube Steak, I will refrain from describing this stock as a dog. However, IMHO, the market cap may be a bit ahead of the business plan.
