ICICI become one of the non-U.S. banks that registered a Level 3 ADR with the Securities and Exchange Commission services. Since NYSE is the world's premier equities market which has 3,066 listed companies from 48 countries approximately, with a total global market capitalization of $15.2 trillion that give average 782 million worth of trade shares per day.
