While we're all ranting on TD (and any other discount borker), here's my biggest beef. They say that their big problem is having to spend 90 days to license someone to process an order, but the problem I have is logging into and using WebBroken. It's got nothing to do with manpower, it's freaking hardware at that point! I could pick up the phone and call Dell and have a dozen new Internet servers sitting on my front door in a week. Why can't they?

Look for WebBroker 3.0 coming your way soon. It's much easier to use but lacks any real change of underlying substance. I beta tested it and it performed no better (in fact worse) that the existing version. The fact that is Beta might explain the problems I had, but I doubt it.
