I answered you on other thread before saw this new one. Some info in that reply. Using "altavista" search I got far more info than hoped. Prior search of EDGAR gave me nothing, but thru search today, read reports going back at least a year. Lots of info about co, private placements, who is who in there. Thanks again for bringing to my attention. I still want to know more. Happy investing, Randy
