I saw a demo of their software; it looked impressive. The idea of combining web access to product information, web forms for order entry, and an option to coordinate a call from a sales representative, with whom a customer can jointly navigate the online catalog and get answers to questions, seems very compelling. Who else does somthing like this? There are collaboration tools, but they don't have Edify's integration to legacy databases and ACD's.

I like them, and they could be a good buyout candidate.
