Emerson Meeting With Investors To Discuss Restructuring, Growth Initiatives And Outlook For Fiscal 2002 biz.yahoo.com ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 2002--Emerson (NYSE: EMR) announced today that David N. Farr, chief executive officer, will update investment managers and securities analysts on Thursday, January 17 regarding the company's restructuring activities, technology and growth investments, fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2001 and outlook for 2002. The Emerson meeting will be from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The call is open to all interested parties and is available via a live audio Web cast through the Investor Relations area of the Emerson web site, gotoemerson.com. Emerson will report fiscal first quarter earnings on Tuesday, February 5, the day of its annual stockholders' meeting.
