Dan, I'll defer to the experts as to the worth.
I'm invested based upon:
1. The grades and drill intersection lengths & depths.
2. The size of the project, with yet to be drilled, promising areas.
3. The credibility of the H-D Gold team.
4. It's in North America. (I also have GBG (dualistic), so not totally isolationistic)
5. Infra-structure, open water port, year round accessibility, and year round drillable.
As to the run up, I suspect some of the naysayers might be a tad..short?
Waiting for the next drill results from the 30,000 feet drilling program.
