The Company will continue to trade under the ticker symbol: "MKTE". Its headquarters is still located at 7810 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28277. Until the Company's name change is approved by shareholders, Market Central, Inc intends to conduct its business using the d/b/a, "Scientigo Inc.".
