Here is the link I use to get A/S and O/S for BB and higher stocks. Doesn't work for pinkies.

Just type in your ticker at the top.

Each 10Q every three months has the shares listed on the first page.

Also, Form 4s are used to analyse insider buys and sells, and of course the dreaded S8s.
