my thinking is this; if they wanna reverse split 100;1, they need to get over .60 cents right now, in order to have a $60 share price and 3 million outstanding when they uplist. that leaves plenty of room, when they start to issue shares, because of the minimum share price requirements, they can't go nuts with a $60 SP or soon its $5 and thier delisted...so my point is, they have to be at least .60 BEFORE the reverse split...no?
