Got the merger agreement today. While its lengthy, it just doesn't contain the background of the deal or the negotiations or the valuation methodologies that I have come to expect. Perhaps because its a pinksheeter. But in the past, Im pretty sure other pinksheeters included that. The stock has stopped trading. Now its just a matter of waiting for the broker to transmit the shares so I can get paid. Was told the deal was for about 8 x ebitda which they said was a good price for such a business. Nice to have a cashout and a good return over 14 years. Roughly 13.9% annualized.
