Have patience...State streetBank acquired Princeton Financial's PAM accounting system and Premier's Maximis database is being folded. Major Insurance companies will be reviewing their options very soon. In my mind, there are only two options....1) SSNC/Camera or 2)PAM. Most cos. would probably shy away from Statestreet and PAM unless they consider outsourcing their operations..that leaves SSNC. A buyout also seems possible, a major custody bank ie: Chase and or Citibank would make a great match, I wouldn't expect them to leave the PAM/Statestreet combination unmatched. Take a look at the sales that have been completed over the last 6 months, big names with revenues to kick in after the conversions are completed. Additionally, marketing execs have been leaving PAM and joining SSNC. I bought in the day the stk dropped to @6.375, looking for an easy double 6-12 months, & back to IPO 19-22 1- 2 yrs out.
