Bobby: I have owned Optima (OPPCF on NASDQ) since 1993 and am surprised that the value
of the company keeps growing, but the share price has not appreciated.
When, not if, oil stocks are back in favor, this stock should take off,
just don't know when it will happen. I keep buying on dips but am starting
to get tired of waiting even though I am a long term investor.

Any thoughts on this?
