THE BATTLE HAS BEGUN

In this week's US NEWS Amazon.com was sued by Barnes and Noble for false advertising. Saying that Amazon.com is the world's largest bookstore. Barnes and Noble said that it doesn't even have a store.

Does anyone else know about this?
