Dear Ken - no idea. Actually, I ve not watched HICO awhile [still have my shares.] This illiquidity is killing the stock. The only thing I don't know is that [il]liquidity has not changed, so why suddenly the selling at any price - albeit a very lo volume. Again, the only event [past] is the June 1 announcement of the completed merger and line of credit, both of which look clean to me. I hope the recent weakness is merely an unwinding and not indicative of future development.

From a more general perspective, I think small/micro caps will likely to underperform [except for special situations] in the near term. Therefore, HICO probably needs some visibility to help its business as well as its stock value.
