Mosaic Group Inc. (TSE: MGX) announced today that it has expanded its service offering in the rapidly growing multi-media distance training sector through the acquisition of Sales Performance Group ("SPG") and through an exclusive marketing alliance with Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. ("Cancom") (TSE: SAT). Toronto-based SPG designs, develops, implements, and measures training and performance improvement solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Cancom Learning Solutions, an operating division of Cancom, delivers satellite based learning and communication solutions to clients across North America.
