From Olivier...

Tax Claims:

Hearing in the Alexandria Circuit Court set for Wednesday, December 8, 2004:

- Demurrer, Plea of Sovereign Immunity and Motion to Dismiss by Defendants the Tax Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Virginia Department of Taxation;
- Motion for Sanctions and for Injunctive Relief by Defendants (similar to Berber and Moor's vexatious litigant motion, in fact cites to Berber briefs);
- Motion for Summary Judgment by Plaintiff;
- Motion to Stay Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment by Defendants.

The Complaint in this action alleges violations of the Civil Rights Act, specifically Due Process and Unreasonable Search and Seizure, Civil Conspiracy and Willful Misconduct.

My adversaries are represented by the Attorney General. As in Texas, I'm representing myself - for now.

Wednesday afternoon, if any orders have been issued from the bench, they'll be posted.

- Olivier
