If the Arabs could improve their military culture, and their training, and the could unite against Israel again and attack. Israel would be in danger. That isn't a likely scenario, at least not any time soon, but it is possible that it could eventually happen.

The other scenario is the "crazy nuke thrower" scenario, where Arabs get nukes, or Iran does and uses them against Israel. Again not something that is likely to happen soon. As far as can be told Israel is the only ME country that has nukes, and liquid fueled missiles could be detected and destroyed before launch. But eventually Iran or a radical Arab enemy could get nukes. They would be likely to be deterred from attacking by Israel's nukes but it isn't certain.

Are those scenarios "plausible", depends on the semantics of plausible, but they are possible. Not short term threats, more like 10, maybe 15 or more years out.
