Westpacific since you talk about lock up see the link below. Taking adjustments for the market in general you really don't see Lock up dragging the price in the ground. I think its a MYTH about lockups, but the story sound good on paper. The market has been beaten down so much that insiders refuse to sell. If they want cash they can just put the stock up as collateral for a loan. ipolockup.com
