Yeah, maybe. Add that Feuerstein would chip in with "yeahrightsure, this time it's different".

I've always had a bad taste re. CFO, and should have trusted/invested it. This has been one crappy egg in a basket with blossoms abound.

I use change detection software, as you know, sometimes trained on ct.gov. I follow trial updates for several companies, and generally find them easy to interpret. New trials are inserted, and the changes detected are generally logical. Or trials are updated, ditto.

But, for several years, the changes detected for Array updates have been bewildering. They almost always look something like this......

It's as though someone is constantly tinkering with the database.

edit.... "Access to this page by GET is not allowed." Ah, OK, well..... that didn't work. ;-(
