Patriot, My notes are a bit foggy on the USB transaction. SYSF said that the USB business was too costly and was diverting too much attention from their most promising SystemWizard sales. The delay in MSFT's developments caused the opportunity for the USB business to slide & (I think) they said that it was now only worth under $1MM (??). -Can someone else who listened to the conference call verify this? Anyway, it didn't sound like they were selling it to anyone else. 12-14 employees will be dedicated to the new USB co. More details will be ironed out & reported on March 2nd. JL
