When I spoke to management a while back that was their intent -- to wait to get the share price up before floating an offering.

My belief is the companies that have been through hell and have come out the other side are often good bets. It has taken a long time to prove this technology and to adjust the business model correctly.

I think you will be rewarded for your patience.
