I can speak for myself here.We have replaced all of our appliances to energy star rating including water on demand hot water heater and hi efficiency furnace and have watched monthly bills go into power dive.I just got off the "jewel of the fleet" and here it is here.. cmhc-schl.gc.ca People can do what they want and by 2 or 3 of them, they can also put a sledge hammer through their old toilet and rip the door off their old fridge before turnig it in for disposal. I do not know,at least they have been doing the smart thing for "AT LEAST 25 years."<g> gg
