I swim at the local YMCA almost every day, ride an indoor bike and just bought an electric trike,

My balance is not that good.

I seem fit except for my arthritis which I have had both hips replaced, knees and a shoulder lol.

But I still play no limit poker at the local poker club most days and do well.

I was the lead trouble maker at Epicures thread saying the dems had to force Biden out and replace him with Harris.

Some were worried about Harris, but not me. I think she is our FDR.

Being honest, it turned out pretty much as I predicted there i.e. I felt there was pent up demand for a decent candidate and people would flock to her.

And they did. The people could see Biden was not fit, and he was never that popular anyway.

Anyone looking with an objective eye could see just how slow and feeble and delusional he had become. He was not going to quit and it would have been a disater like none we ever saw if he stayed

Word is, after all the senior dems told him he had to quit, it was Pelosi who ruthlessly brought the hammer down on him.

Last I heard Biden still has not spoken to her feeling she betrayed him. And he still thinks he could have won!

When Carl Bernstein, David Axelrod and James Carville all say he is delusional, cannot win and must step aside, I felt we should all have been listenting to them!!

Nice to see you back.

PS research says exercise early on is the key and seafood keeps your brain strong and heart healthy.

I have been eating mostly a seafood and veggie diet for most of my life and it is paying off.

Also I put a couple of green tea bags in a cup every morning and sip it during the day.

cheers. I am 82.
