My understanding is that they are at the mercy of the 51% partner as to whether Huevos Verdes is commercial or not. The increase in personel is interesting but the decision to go or no-go has not been made and they are still sticking with early 2005 as target date for decision. How much capital is needed if the decision is a "go"?
