8/31/07 update
Another "subprime" week. Nonetheless, when the fun was over, the Nasdaq Biotech Index closed up 1.91% YTD (vs. up 1.25% YTD a week ago), while the Charity Contest portfolio median YTD loss was cut to -8.52% (vs. down -9.07% YTD a week ago).
At week's end, 12 of the 31 Contest portfolios were in the black YTD with 10 of the 31 beating the NBI.
TECHNET (up 16.0% YTD) held on to the Contest lead with RCMAC (up 14.4% YTD) taking back second place.
