With Coleville Will Not Be Completed Robert J. Kasner, President of RJK Explorations Ltd. "RJK" regrets toannounce that the proposed Joint-Venture Agreement with Coleville ResourcesLtd. "Coleville" to certain diamond and gold mineral concessions located inSoutheastern Venezuela will not be completed. (See Press Release dated May5, 1998). During the last several months RJK has undertaken due diligencethrough its Venezuelan lawyers concerning Coleville's supposed 100%interest in Sabana Mining, the holder of the Pemon Concession. RJK hasdetermined that the representations and warranties of the Letter of Intentdated April 23, 1998 signed by Bradley Wilson, President of Coleville, andapproved by Coleville Directors are not factual.
