If you search for Robert S. Qualey you can find Loripar, the Loricchio family trust that has the 5.6M shares as of the latest report. He has a modest little list of companies that he has been Registering Agent for. Speaking of reports, I thought we were having a 10-KSB submission today. But I don't find one. This is also supposed to be the final step of "The Great Cleansing". Yet no Press Releases today.
