at bottom of text below... it is considered more readable
by many subscribers..

Analysis Section of the newsletter. After that subscriptions are

The subscriptions can be made at any time at the email address
below.

The tech updates are a continuously running sophisticated algorithmic
analysis of the trading patterns of the 5 Canadian Exchanges. As
such they should be sufficient to identify in advance moves a stock
might make under the traditional pattern of acquisition and promotion.

In practice in the past three years it has proven that a basket of
these stocks have advanced with clear warning. We advise trading as
always with worth being uppermost in ones mind.*

Today's signals comprise stocks that have triggered a signal on the
current date.

With reader input and other sources these stocks can be selected for
continuation in Section 2.

A prior volume signal may also show up when a technical signal is
registered. This only means that in the recent past a volume signal
has also registered.

SECTION 2- CURRENT PICKS (Tech signals on followed stocks updated daily)

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Section 2 contains stocks that have generated a technical signal and
warrant further watching based on readers discussions or other sources
of information. Signals are computer generated on stocks based on
technical analysis of a stocks price and volume which causes the
software to produce a signal.

A golden rule that you should consider for speculative stocks is "sell
half on a double". There is a good essay link on our Market Watch page
regarding trading rules. Don't fall in love. Don't make excuses for why
a stock is starting to perform poorly. Sell ruthlessly.

SIG: Today's total positive indicators out of possible 6

TECH SIGNAL: (historic) First favourable signal date with price

VOL SIGNAL: (historic) First favourable volume signal with date and
price

SUBHIGH: Subsequent price or Index value reached at high reached after
historic signals.

Negative SIG's are in parentheses (2)= -2

The total signal number is arrived at by subtracting the negatives
from the positives.. This applies to the tech-signal that is in
the volume indicator section or section 3 too.

SECTION - 3 TODAY'S VOLUME SIGNALS
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Volume signals comprise stocks that have triggered a signal on the
current date,

Depending on reader input and other sources these stocks can be selected for continued following in section 2.

A prior TS signal may also show up when a volume signal is registered.

This only means that in the recent past a TS signal has also been
registered.

If the current date on the volume signal is not today's, it means that
there was a prior signal. Thus it may appear in Today's Volume Signal
section based on a signal generated today but the prior signal takes
precedence.

The number that is in the SIG column is the combined positive and
negative Technical Indicators that registered upon the volume signal
registering. Obviously if there is a 6 then no negative signal
registered. A 2 could mean the 4 positive and 2 negatives
registered.

From the Gold Mining Outlook….. goldminingoutlook.com

WE HAVE BEEN IN A BEAR MARKET SINCE LAST SPRING, IN CASE YOU DIDN'T
NOTICE: I get e-mail from readers all the time asking when the bear
market in stocks will begin. Here's the answer: It started on April 22,1998, when the Russell 2000 hit a new all-time high of 492.28 intraday, then ended the trading session with a net loss, marking a bearish key reversal. In spite of all the hoopla about the large-cap Nifty Fifty type stocks such as Cisco Systems and Dell, or anything that is remotely connected with the internet, the Russell 2000 is far below its April peak, and repeated rally attempts have begun to trace a clear downward trend line at extremely high levels, typical of a generational top. The fact that the major indices are at new highs, with the broader market failing to participate, actually increases rather than decreases the likelihood of a major collapse, as was witnessed in early 1930 and early 1973 when exactly the same behavior occurred. Those who forget the past deserve to repeat it. Given the huge gap above the long-term support line, this could turn out to be the greatest bear market in U.S. history.
