You never did explain why REFR never had Asensio arrested for that.

I don't work for REFR nor do I know their intents in terms of prosecuting Asensio.

and the shorts' motivations and MO badly misinterpreted

No. It's how most of us know when to accumulate shares. They haven't changed their MO since 1998, just have bigger guns.

you might have made a mistake, and that's just not possible, right?

To the contrary, I make mistakes all the time. That's why I took my profits/losses in other stocks and put them into REFR. REFR is a simple stock to understand. I'm diversified in that there are large cap companies involved with REFR, small cap and mid cap. They are in different industries and their licensees give us global exposure. It takes SOOOOO little for us to be profitable. Just the 6 companies right now actively selling products are enough for us to make 10s of millions. I think SPD will make REFR more than 500K a year in royalties. Much much more. You don't. I have lots of contacts in the industry that agree with me. I don't let the short and distort stop me from buying. Never thought we'd see 7s or 6s but I was glad I got my orders filled.
