Are comparing the exercise of the police authority of the president in actions taken on behalf of the national defense during wartime, to this blatant disregard for the express wishes of the nation via act of congress? Unbelievable! Did congress or the courts ever official tell Bush he was wrong? Did the nation tell him he was wrong by denying him re-election?

"My own view is that the Executive Branch should execute all laws on the books, until Congress passes new laws abrograting previous ones or the Judicial Branch decides existing laws are unconstitutional."

Now that makes more sense!
