RE mogul Sam Zell on CNBC - says supply of commercial real estate hasn't grown since 2007 so the empty buildings are being filled now, no way CRE crashes with no supply overhang. As buildings fill up again, banks will stop extend and pretend and foreclose on profitable buildings then resell them to stronger hands with capital.
