No, it was apparently in Talk Magazine, which I don't get. It was in the papers today. GWB said in response to why he repeatedly used the f--word that this was not a formal, sit down interview. But it wasn't "off the record" either. What's the difference whether he was sitting down for an interview, or merely answering a reporter's questions with answers sprinkled with profanity?
