John - Re: "does anyone remember what the details were (if they were made public) " One element of the detail was that Intel will be the sole manufacturer of the product and can sell it on the open market. another aspect is that it will execute BOTH x86 and HP's PA-RISC instruction sets. I'm sure many more details were made public and still more were not. Paul
