Prospector let me clarify a couple things:

1) I have posted on this thread statistics and info relevant to the drug approval process which were later on confirmed by a post linking to an E&Y study on biotech companies.

2) I have posted on this thread comments on the financing of biotech companies.

3) I have GIVEN you the valuation model used by most biotech analyst in the country.

4) I am encouraging you to provide us with some more info on the company so we can discuss it in public.

5) I don't believe that anyone doing due diligence on a company should take info received my management of public companies at face value. Otherwise why would we have financial analysts?

6) According to statements made here that were attributed to the management of SGNC it is my opinion that, if these statements were indeed made by management, they are underestimating the financing required and being too optimistic on the timing of the approval process.

7) These are facts and opinions. Does that make me a bad person? Sure my style may offend you but that is not my objective. I am a bit cynical after many years in the investment business. If I have offended you or others, my apologies. But please, be open to criticism, cynicism and skepticism. Maybe you should attend a meeting between a biotech analyst with a major biotech company. Let me tell you these guys are not trying to make friends. Sorry if I act that way too. My position is clear: I provide facts and opinions based on research, expertise and experience and I am open to talk about it openly, without getting emotional, in a frank and constructive manner. For some strange reasons the best analysts on the street are very often the most hard-nosed guys.

Cheers lad
