Oops, I should have labeled that last post Meeting Report: Part 3.

I've been collecting my thoughts and I think I might know why Colin Campbell wanted to have the meeting delayed. I think that the court that was hearing Campbell's case against PRLN was going to hear it in late July. Perhaps Campbell wanted to send out information to the shareholders before the stockholders meeting to let them know what was *REALLY* going on, but he could not say very much because there was a case pending before the court. Perhaps he wanted to hear from the court what he would be allowed to say to the shareholders. If that's the case, then maybe he thought there would not be enough time to put together an information packet and send it out to the shareholders before they had to mail back their proxies to PRLN for the August 13th meeting. Rhodes made it sound like the company wanted to have a meeting today and that Campbell wanted it delayed, but I strongly suspect there was a legal and tactical reason for this. I can't prove this, but this is just my suspicion. Maybe I should be less critical of Rhodes, but he has earned my distrust over the past year and I am reluctant to take what he says at face value.
